Livestork supports commercial poultry (broiler, layer, breeder, and hatchery), swine, cattle (dairy and beef), small ruminants (goats and sheep), aquaculture (fish), apiculture (beekeeping), and mixed livestock enterprises. The platform is purpose-built for livestock production, not adapted from generic ERP or crop-farming software.

Livestork is a cloud-hosted SaaS platform. You access it through a web browser; there is nothing to install or maintain. This means you always have the latest version, and our team manages infrastructure, security patches, and backups. On-premise deployment is not currently offered.

Yes. Livestork is a fully responsive web application that works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. Farm staff can log daily records, check batch status, and review reports from their phones in the field, without installing an app.

Yes. Livestork supports multi-site management from a single platform account. You can view consolidated reports across all sites, while site managers see only their own site's operations. Role-based access controls determine which team members can view or manage each location.

Most operations are fully live within a week of trial activation. After submitting a trial request, our team provisions your environment and walks your team through configuring your farm structure, adding sites, and logging your first batch, no server setup or IT team required.

Submit a trial request with your organisation details. Our team will review your request and provision a full-featured trial environment within one business day. Your trial includes complete access to all ERP modules for 30 days, no credit card required. Onboarding assistance is included.

Your data is never deleted or locked. At the end of the 30-day trial you choose a plan that fits your operation, or speak to our team to discuss requirements. If you need more time to evaluate, we can extend your trial period; no credit card is required to begin and there is no pressure to upgrade before you are ready.

Once your trial is approved, our team configures your organisation: chart of accounts, farm sites, user accounts, and initial reference data. We provide a walkthrough of the core modules and answer questions about how to map your existing processes into the platform. Most operations are running within a week of trial activation.

Yes. Livestork supports data import for key entities including inventory items, chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, and opening balances. Our onboarding team can assist with preparing import files and validating the data before it goes live. We also provide import templates to make the process straightforward.

All new organisations receive guided onboarding sessions covering core workflows. We also maintain written documentation for each module. For Enterprise plans, we can arrange role-specific training sessions for your team. The platform is designed to be self-explanatory for day-to-day recording tasks.

Yes. Livestork includes a complete accounting suite: general ledger, chart of accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, fiscal period management, and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). All financial data is integrated with your operational records; costs are allocated to batches, sites, and cost centres automatically.

Every batch of birds or animals is tracked from acquisition through production to dispatch. Feed consumption, health events, treatments, mortality, and weighing records are linked to the batch. This creates a complete, auditable history that can be retrieved instantly, no manual compilation required.

Yes. The procurement module covers purchase orders, goods received notes (GRN), supplier invoices, and payment tracking. Multi-step approval workflows can be configured to match your authorisation structure. Purchase costs are automatically allocated to relevant batches and cost centres.

User limits depend on your subscription plan. Starter plans include a fixed user count. Professional and Enterprise plans support larger teams. Enterprise plans can accommodate unlimited users. Contact us for specific plan details and to discuss your team size requirements.

Livestork uses a multi-tenant architecture where each organisation's data is completely isolated from others. All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS, sessions expire on logout, and every significant action generates a tamper-evident audit log with user identity, timestamp, and before/after state. Yes. Automated database backups run on a scheduled cadence. Backup files are encrypted and retained for multiple periods so recovery is possible to a specific point in time, not just the most recent snapshot. We test backup restoration periodically to verify that recovery works as expected.

You do. Your organisation's data belongs entirely to you. Livestork does not sell, share, or use your operational data for any purpose other than operating the platform on your behalf. We do not use your data for benchmarking, analytics, or training AI models without explicit opt-in.

Your data remains accessible for a grace period after account closure. On request before the account is permanently closed, Livestork can provide a full data export in standard formats (CSV, JSON) so you can retain your records independently. After permanent deletion, data is fully removed from our systems.

All plans include email support with a guaranteed response time. Professional plans include priority support with faster response SLAs. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and direct access to our technical team. We also maintain a knowledge base with guides for common tasks.

Livestork runs in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, current version or one version behind). No plugins or extensions are required. A stable internet connection is needed. Mobile access works on iOS and Android through the browser, no app installation required.

After your trial, you can subscribe to a plan that fits your operation. Pricing is based on the size and complexity of your operation: number of sites, users, and modules required. Contact our team for a quote tailored to your specific situation. Enterprise plans are custom-priced.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time as your operation grows. Downgrades are processed at the next billing cycle. We work with customers to ensure their plan matches their actual needs; we'd rather right-size your plan than have you overpaying for capacity you're not using.

We're building out self-serve API and webhook access for integrating with third-party systems such as weighing equipment, bank feeds, or reporting tools.
