Every site. One consolidated view.
Livestork manages unlimited farm sites under one organisation account. Each site runs independently with its own records and access control, consolidated automatically for executive reporting and cross-site comparison.

Managing multiple sites means managing multiple versions of the truth
Fragmented data
Each site runs its own spreadsheets or records system. Consolidating performance across sites requires manually assembling data from multiple sources.
No cross-site visibility
You can't compare FCR, mortality, or profitability between sites without pulling data from each separately. Underperforming sites go undetected.
Inconsistent standards
Without central control, each site develops its own procurement habits, health protocols, and operational practices; compliance becomes impossible to enforce.
From site setup to executive oversight
Livestork builds a complete multi-site structure from day one: each site independent, all sites consolidated.
Site added to organisation
Instant activationNew farm sites are added to your organisation account with location, capacity, and site type configured. No separate system, no separate licence.
Staff assigned to site
Staff are assigned to specific sites with role-based access. A site manager sees only their site by default; a director sees all sites.
Operations recorded per site
Each site runs its own batches, inventory, and procurement. Records are isolated per site; a store keeper at Site A cannot view financial data from Site B.
Data consolidated automatically
No manual mergeOrganisation-level reports aggregate across all sites without any manual merging. Total birds, total revenue, and average FCR are always current.
Standards enforced centrally
Central controlProcurement approval chains, health protocols, and feed schedules configured at the organisation level apply to all sites consistently.
Executive oversight
Directors and owners view the executive dashboard with site-by-site KPI comparison. Underperforming sites surface automatically, with no site visit required to identify them.
What multi-site management includes
Unlimited farm sites
Add as many sites as your operation needs, no per-site licence fee. Each site is fully independent with its own records.
Consolidated reporting
Organisation-level reports aggregate across all sites. Total production, revenue, costs, and inventory shown in a single view.
Per-site access control
Staff access is scoped to their assigned site(s). Directors get cross-site visibility; site staff see only their own data.
Site-level KPI comparison
The executive dashboard includes side-by-side site comparison: FCR, mortality, revenue, and cost per kg by location.
Centralised procurement
Procurement workflows and approval chains configured centrally apply to all sites. Organisation-wide supplier accounts.
Shared standards
Feed schedules, health protocols, and operational standards defined at the organisation level ensure consistency across all sites.
Unlimited
Farm sites under one organisation account, no per-site fee
Automatic
Cross-site consolidation with no manual data merging
Enforced
Procurement and operational standards consistent across all sites
Common questions
Is there a limit to the number of farm sites I can manage?
No. Livestork supports unlimited farm sites under a single organisation account. Each site has its own isolated records, including batches, inventory, staff, and procurement, but all report upward to the organisation level automatically.
How does access control work across sites?
Livestork uses role-based access control with site scoping. A staff member assigned to Site A with a store keeper role can only access Site A's inventory and procurement records. A director or owner can be given cross-site access to view all sites. Access is configured centrally by the organisation administrator.
How does consolidated reporting work?
Organisation-level reports aggregate data across all sites automatically. When you run a P&L report at the organisation level, Livestork combines the financials from all sites. When you run a batch performance report, you can filter by site or view all sites together. No manual merging of spreadsheets is required.
Can each site have different procurement approval chains?
Yes. While the default approval chain is configured at the organisation level and applies to all sites, you can configure site-specific overrides. This is useful when different sites have different spending authorities or management structures.
